Paul Dunn

Paul Dunn has led political operations all over the country. Managing ballot initiatives and candidate campaigns at every level, Paul helped win landmark races like Senator Michael Bennet in 2010 and Senator Claire McCaskill in 2006 and 2012.

In his most recent role as National Field Director for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Paul overhauled the field program with a comprehensive, data-driven system coined the “Bannock Street Project.”

Through disciplined strategic planning sessions, Paul and his team built strong field operations in every competitive state, recruited staff, managed budgets, utilized a National Data/Analytics Program, mobilized volunteer networks, and launched a national digital-GOTV effort. By the end of the 2014 cycle it grew to be the largest, non-Presidential field effort to date, increasing Democratic turnout in each DSCC targeted state.
