Emily Nowlin has extensive experience leading winning campaigns across the country at every level of politics. Most recently, Emily oversaw Terra Strategies' large-scale voter registration projects in Arizona and California. She also managed the get out the vote project in Nevada as part of LCV’s independent expenditure to elect Hillary Clinton and Catherine Cortez Masto to the U.S. Senate.
Prior to moving to consulting, Emily managed and led several successful campaigns, including Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino's landslide re-election campaign in 2009. She also helped lead the Colorado Coordinated Campaign's field efforts in 2008, which secured victories for President Obama and Senator Mark Udall.
In addition to her political work, Emily is a licensed attorney and a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Emily graduated from Boston University School of Law and practiced civil litigation in Boston prior to joining Terra Strategies.
